These terms govern your use of sukuji (the Service). By using the Service, you agree to them.
1. What the Service does
From the app screens you upload and the text you type, the Service generates five App Store screenshots (1290x2796 PNG).
It uses image-generation AI to create the backgrounds, the props and the artwork around your screens. As part of that, the screens you upload may be sent to an image-generation AI. See the Privacy Policy for details. Headline text is drawn by code, not by AI.
2. What you may upload
Upload an image only if all of the following are true.
- You own it, or you have permission from whoever does.
- It does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, likeness or other rights.
- It contains no one else's personal data and no confidential information.
The Service does not check who owns what you upload. If an upload infringes someone's rights, that is your responsibility.
3. What you may not do
- Anything unlawful.
- Uploading images or text that infringe someone else's rights.
- Working around the daily limit on generations.
- Automated or bulk access, or anything else that puts an unreasonable load on the servers.
- Reverse engineering, copying, modifying or redistributing the Service.
- Using the Service to run a competing service of your own.
4. What you get to keep
- The screenshots you generate are yours to use freely, commercially or not. That includes submitting them to the App Store and using them in marketing.
- Rights in the images you uploaded stay with whoever held them.
- The Service claims no copyright in what it generates for you.
- Generated files are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Download anything you want to keep before then.
5. Usage limits
There is a daily cap on generations, to keep server load and running costs under control. The cap may change without notice.
6. No warranties
The Service is provided as is. Nothing here is a promise that:
- what it generates will pass App Store review;
- the result will match the quality, design or content you had in mind;
- the Service will run without interruption or fault;
- your files or data will not be lost.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes and shutdown
The operator may change, suspend or shut down the Service at any time without notice, and is not liable for any loss that results.
8. Suspension of access
If you break these terms, the operator may restrict or block your access without notice.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. A new version takes effect when it is posted on this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be heard exclusively by the Japanese court with jurisdiction over the operator's address, as the court of first instance.
